This is the new Lite-Brite I made in collaboration with Vitro-Robertson for Asics shoes.

It is the new Guinness World Record.

It is 8 times larger than the original Lite-Brite record I set in 1999, and is actually the size I wanted my first one to be.

It is 9 x 14 feet with approxiamately 350,000 actual Lite-Brite pegs. The image incorporates all 8 Lite-Brite colors and took 6 weeks to complete with the help of three assistants. My main assistant on this project built the massive aluminum frame that holds the metal "canvas". It sits top its own wheeled base and has its own trailer for its U.S. tour. It weighs under 600 pounds and is easily moveable on its base. I think I will have my record back for a while!
